Bye Bye Mr. Belly

For so long I have been trying to lose my belly and finally get a sexy abs. my goal kinda looks like this
I really wish I have that body but sadly this is how I look like




Usually when people are brave enough to post their half naked picture out there. They seriously are trying to SAY something!
I am trying to get from those two picture to that guy holding the ball........shyt his sexxxyy.!!!!

ANYWAY

So far i have already started a routine to follow that would lead me to that body. 
I've tried numerous trick but nothing work. So my plan now is to just stick with Stone Age style. 

So what Sparked me to start losing weight?
Well for most fat kids out there. We simply want to feel more confident when we are around girls. 
I am not a single, but my girlfriend said 

"Well, I don't mind you having six packs and all."
The theory of what that meant to me.
she don't really want me to get six packs.

however,

 the coming basketball game... I seriously need to get back in Shape to be able to run across the court.
(seriously I am that bad right now. Man when I was still in high school I was like..........Thats another a story)

I just scrolled up to the top and i was like WOW!!!

So what am I doing to get back in the game first of all I am strengthening my legs, cause i need them to bring me back and forth of the court.
see what I have on my back, and the weights in my hand. They were seriously heavy. 

So all I did was take 20 steps up, and 20 steps back down. I counted that as one set. 
I did 25 set. That is already a total of 1k steps.
In around 10minutes. My heart was pumping like its about to broke the world record for fastest pump in one minute.

(maybe I should go search that up on Guinness World Record, but I'll do that later.)

Buy The Way, it was about 122kg with the combine weight. This is how much i weigh

your probably never thought of me that heavy did you hahaha

Then I continue doing sit-ups


Notice how about this technique I personally develop.
You Slightly lean back and lift up both you legs. Keep it that position and you will look like a banana.
In addition, do a bicycle motion.






I did this for about 1 Minute then i stop while I fell down from that tiny round chair.








Next I went into work on this I totally for got about which muscle it works on. You'll get the feeling when you try it yourself

that pretty much sums up what I am currently doing to Build up my Body for the competition as well as satisfy certain people's craving. cause honestly, I think it is only fair if I want a girls with a smoking hot body, that I have one too .

they always say

"If you want a babe, you need to be a hunk."

So all this excercise what am I consuming?

technically everything. except those commercialize products that always says, take this to boost your performance kinda shyt.

I just eat what i normally eat, chicken rice, wonton noodle, nasi lemak. you know the usuals.

this is what I eat before I work out.

You guys probably seen enough gut if you read this far. haha

i gotta give thanks to my helpers  firstly my sister who took all the photos. second my equipment for there to work with me all the way
